Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Senior Consultant with expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Customer Engagement, etc.). The ideal candidate will lead implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver customized solutions that meet client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop and execute implementation project plans, including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
Technical Expertise:
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to align with client requirements.
- Provide expertise in data migration, system integration, and business process optimization.
- Create workflows, plugins, and custom functionalities as required.
Consultation & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Dynamics solutions.
- Recommend best practices and solutions to optimize client operations using Dynamics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and improve efficiency.
Client Support & Training:
- Provide ongoing support and post-implementation reviews to ensure solution stability and adoption.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize usage of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Document requirements, workflows, configurations, and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and data protection regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics solutions, focusing on implementation and configuration.
- Proven track record of managing multiple full lifecycle Dynamics implementation projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Leadership capabilities with a client-focused mindset.
Certifications:
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, etc.).

- Experience working in diverse industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
